A city name alone does not tell the team where to send a doctor. Give the locality, PIN code, building or society name and a reachable phone number. Ask for an arrival estimate for this visit rather than assuming a city-wide travel time.

Doctor availability, distance and travel conditions can affect timing. If the estimate changes, clarify the arrangements with the calling team. DocNCR’s 24/7 operating hours do not mean every address has a doctor immediately outside.

Prepare the access details before the team leaves

At night, the right entrance can matter as much as the street address. Tell the team if a housing society uses a different night gate, requires security approval or has more than one tower with a similar name. Keep the booking phone reachable.

• For Noida: include the sector, society, tower and flat number if applicable.
• For Gurgaon: include the sector or DLF phase, society, tower and correct entrance where relevant.

The doctor available on a particular night may differ from a previous visit. DocNCR shares the assigned doctor’s profile and DMC certificate before booking. Read them and raise any questions before agreeing; the team is dispatched only after the patient agrees.

If you are arranging the visit for someone else, make sure the patient and the person receiving the team know the confirmed details.

Confirm the fee and how extras are handled

The DocNCR consultation fee is ₹1,499. The calling team shares a rate list beforehand. The visiting doctor assesses the patient and decides what extra care is needed; any additional services or items are charged separately.

Ask about the applicable charges and cancellation terms during the call. Once the team has left, cancellation charges depend on the distance and time involved. Do not assume that the consultation fee includes every potential treatment or a free follow-up visit.
