Welcome to DocNCR ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a home doctor visit or using our website (docncr.in), you ("the patient," "the user," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

DocNCR provides an on-demand medical consultation service at patients' residences. We dispatch a qualified MBBS doctor and a medical assistant to examine the patient, offer a diagnosis, and prescribe necessary medication upon standard medical guidelines. We function as an outpatient, primary healthcare substitute at your home.

2. Not for Critical Emergencies

Important: DocNCR is NOT an ambulance service. We DO NOT cater to life-threatening medical emergencies (e.g., severe heart attacks, major trauma, heavy arterial bleeding, stroke). In the event of a critical emergency, you must immediately contact your local hospital or emergency services. While we aim to reach patients quickly, we cannot guarantee survival in life-threatening scenarios.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• No Upfront Payments: DocNCR does not charge you before the visit. We do not ask for any advance payment or booking fee via card, UPI, or cash.
• Flat Fee: Our consultation fee is ₹1499 for a standard visit in our coverage area. There are no additional night charges, weekend charges, or hidden fees.
• When to Pay: Payment is strictly due only after the doctor has completed the home visit and the medical consultation is concluded to your satisfaction.

4. Liability Limitations

While all our dispatched doctors hold a valid MBBS registration, medicine is an inexact science. We are liable only for the primary consultation provided at your premises. If the visiting doctor recommends immediate hospitalization or further diagnostic tests beyond our scope, the patient assumes full responsibility for acting upon that medical advice.

5. Cancellations

Because we do not charge any upfront fees, there is no formal cancellation process resulting in a refund. However, if you no longer require our service after booking, please inform us as quickly as possible so we can route the medical vehicle to another patient in need.
