₹1,499 Consultation and Extra Charges: How DocNCR Pricing Works

DocNCR’s ₹1,499 fee is for the doctor’s consultation. Extra care is determined by the visiting doctor after assessing the patient’s condition and is charged separately. The calling team shares a rate list beforehand; ask about the relevant charges before agreeing to additional care.

A consultation fee and a total bill are different

When you call, the team can explain the consultation fee and share the rate list. However, the calling team has not examined the patient. The visiting doctor decides what additional care is appropriate based on the assessment.

This means two people paying the same consultation fee may have different final costs if their needs differ. Do not read ₹1,499 as a package that includes every medicine, procedure or other item.

What you can confirm before booking

  • The ₹1,499 consultation fee.
  • The available doctor’s profile and DMC certificate.
  • Address coverage and an estimated arrival time.
  • The advance rate list and how extra charges are explained.
  • What happens if you cancel after dispatch.

Use the rate list as a reference for charges, not as a diagnosis or a recommendation to purchase services. The patient’s condition determines what the visiting doctor recommends.

What to ask when extras are recommended

Ask the doctor to explain the purpose of each recommendation in language you understand. Then ask the team for the applicable charge and whether it is a one-off item or part of something that needs to be repeated.

Useful questions include: “What is this for?”, “What will it cost in addition to the consultation?”, “Is anything else charged separately?” and “What follow-up will be needed?” If the cost is unclear, ask for an itemised explanation before agreeing.

Why there is no universal treatment package here

Care needs are not known from an address or a short booking message alone. A fixed list of treatments bundled into every consultation would not describe DocNCR’s assessment-led process accurately. This guide therefore explains how charges are discussed without inventing a treatment price for an individual patient.

For your booking, request the current rate list directly from the calling team. A clinical recommendation and a financial estimate answer different questions; ask about both.

Cancellation after dispatch

Once the team has left for the patient’s house, a cancellation fee applies based on the distance and time involved. DocNCR pays the dispatched team, which is why a late cancellation can carry a charge.

Ask the calling team to explain the applicable cancellation terms before confirming. Contact the team as soon as plans change. This page does not quote a fixed cancellation amount because no single amount applies to every journey.

Booking in Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon

The same consultation-fee explanation applies when requesting DocNCR home visits in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. Availability and travel estimates are confirmed for the actual address. DocNCR operates 24/7; discuss your requested time and any charges with the calling team rather than assuming a particular extra service is available.
