Visit process
Your DocNCR Home Visit: From First Call to Consultation
A DocNCR home visit starts with a conversation about the patient and the address. Before booking, you receive the available doctor’s profile, DMC certificate and the rate list. The team leaves only after you agree. At the visit, the doctor assesses the patient and decides whether any additional care is needed.

Start with the patient’s needs and the address
Call or WhatsApp +91 8796933327. Describe the concern in your own words, when it started, where the patient is and when you would like a visit. Tell the team about access needs, such as stairs, a society entry pass or difficulty moving around the home.
DocNCR operates 24/7, including late at night. The team confirms availability for your exact address in Delhi NCR. Ask for the estimated arrival time for this booking; the estimate depends on the available doctor, location and travel conditions.
Review the doctor and charges before confirming
DocNCR uses locum doctors as well as some regular doctors. Assignment depends on who is available for the requested date. You receive the assigned doctor’s profile and Delhi Medical Council registration certificate before booking. Read them and ask the calling team about anything you do not understand.
The consultation fee is ₹1,499. The calling team shares a rate list beforehand. The visiting doctor determines what extra care is needed after assessing the patient, so a consultation price is not a guaranteed total treatment bill. Ask how additional charges will be explained.
Agree to the booking before dispatch
The team is dispatched only after the patient agrees. Confirm the address, contact number, doctor details and expected arrival time together. If another family member is coordinating the visit, make sure the patient knows what has been arranged.
A cancellation fee applies once the team leaves for the patient’s home, based on the distance and time involved. Ask the calling team about this before confirming, and contact them promptly if plans change.

Prepare a place for the conversation
Keep the patient’s questions, current medicines, relevant reports and previous prescriptions together. Choose a comfortable space with enough privacy to discuss the concern. Let the doctor know if the patient wants a family member present or needs help hearing or understanding the conversation.
During the consultation, ask about the next step
Explain the symptoms and any recent changes. The visiting doctor assesses the patient and decides which examination or further care is appropriate. If an additional service or item is recommended, ask what it is for, whether it can be provided, and what it will cost before agreeing.
Before the visit ends, ask what you should do next, how to raise questions and whether another consultation is needed. Confirm any follow-up arrangements and their charges; do not assume every booking includes a free repeat visit or a next-day call.
Keep the details together afterward
Keep the booking messages, doctor details, any instructions you receive and the bill in one place. If different family members share caregiving, agree who will keep these records and contact the team. This makes the practical arrangements easier to understand later.
