How a DocNCR home visit works
A home visit starts with a conversation. Confirm the doctor, charges and arrival estimate before the team is dispatched.
1. Call or WhatsApp
Contact +91-8796933327 and share the patient’s concern, address and preferred visit time. Include the sector or locality, building name and any access instructions.
2. Review the booking details
The calling team shares the assigned doctor’s profile and DMC registration certificate. Review these along with the ₹1,499 consultation fee and the advance rate list for additional services.
3. Confirm before dispatch
Agree to the booking after confirming the address, contact number and estimated arrival. The team is sent after the patient agrees. A cancellation fee applies after dispatch.
4. Meet the visiting team
A doctor and medical assistant arrive together. Keep relevant reports and your questions ready. Discuss any proposed additional service and its price before agreeing.
5. Pay after the consultation
Payment for a completed visit is due after the consultation. Keep the bill and booking details together, and confirm any follow-up arrangements and charges with the team.
