Doctor home visit questions
Review the main booking details before arranging a visit. For questions about your address or the assigned doctor, contact the calling team.
What does the ₹1,499 fee cover?
₹1,499 is the consultation fee. Additional services carry extra charges. The calling team explains the charges and shares a rate list before booking.
When do I pay?
Payment for a completed visit is due after the consultation. No advance booking payment is required. A cancellation fee applies if you cancel after the team has been dispatched.
Can I book a visit at night?
DocNCR accepts calls and WhatsApp enquiries 24 hours a day, including nights and weekends. Confirm the available team and expected arrival time for your address when booking.
Who visits my home?
A doctor and medical assistant visit together in a dedicated medical vehicle. The assigned doctor depends on availability. Ask the calling team for the doctor’s profile and Delhi Medical Council registration certificate before agreeing to the booking.
Is arrival within 20 minutes guaranteed?
Twenty minutes is the service target, not a guaranteed arrival time. Ask the calling team to confirm the estimate for your address and booking time.
Which cities do you cover?
DocNCR has location pages for Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Confirm coverage for your exact address before booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Once the team has been dispatched, a cancellation fee applies based on the distance and time involved. Contact the calling team promptly and ask them to confirm the applicable fee.
Is DocNCR an ambulance service?
No. DocNCR provides home consultations for outpatient care. It is not an ambulance service or a substitute for hospital emergency care.
